Status of enameled wire wrapping equipment
In terms of enameled production equipment, the wide application of low energy consumption, low emission and high-speed wire drawing enameling machines has made our country in the forefront of the world in this field.
In terms of wrapping production equipment, although the number of traditional low-cost wrapping equipment is still large, due to the large number of domestic wrapping wires produced and used, wrapping equipment has made rapid progress. Even some winding wire manufacturers have begun to make their own winding equipment by taking advantage of their own technology and output, and these self-made equipment has greatly promoted the development and quality improvement of the winding wire. The comparison of the technical level of wrapping equipment at home and abroad is as follows:
1) The status quo of foreign wrapping equipment. Through the analysis of the public information of German LUKAS, Italian WTM, Italian GLOSER, and British RIDGWAY company in the past ten years and the packaging equipment they have seen, the basic situation is as follows:
Compared with ten years ago, the production efficiency of the equipment has made little progress. The limit speed of wrapping is still about 2000-2500 rpm for concentric wrapping and about 1000-1200 rpm for eccentric wrapping. Due to the use of a large number of servo motors, the wrapping accuracy and equipment reliability have been significantly improved, and the equipment failure rate has decreased. With the introduction of the vision system, the whole process of wrapping quality has been monitored, and closed-loop control and automatic adjustment have been realized. The use of various high-precision sensors (such as laser rangefinders) makes the operation more user-friendly, especially in wrapping tension control and winding wire. With the technological progress of the Industrial Internet, the main parameters of the equipment can be uploaded to the control terminal of the factory, and the production situation can be monitored in real time. For the processing of equipment failures, remote judgment has been realized, and the control program of the equipment has been modified.
2) Status of domestic wrapping equipment. The use of a large number of mature electronic controls, especially the use of servo motors, makes the adjustment range of the equipment wider, the accuracy is better, and the speed is faster. The actual working speed of the eccentric (half-cut) wrapping head is 500~800 rpm. Online monitoring components (vision systems, etc.) have been used, but no devices that can realize closed-loop control have been found, and real-time communication devices using the Internet have appeared.
In general, winding wire production equipment can basically meet the current processing and production requirements of various types of winding wires, but some high-precision winding equipment still needs to be imported. The use of various automatic control components and methods will provide us with the possibility of overtaking on a curve. The core theory of the wrapping process needs to be improved and improved. The lack of basic theory is very serious now, which is the core problem that restricts our technological progress.
