Normaly we also produce the 0.016-7mm enameled round copper wire and flat copper wire.
There are two types of magnet wire commonly used: enameled wire and wrapped wire. as follows:
(1) Enameled wire. The insulating layer of the enameled wire is a varnish film, which is widely used in small and medium-sized motors, micro motors, dry-type transformers and other electrical products. Commonly used enameled wires include acetal enameled wire, polyamide enameled wire, polyester imide enameled wire, polyamide-imide enameled wire and polyimide enameled wire.
(2) Winding the covered wire. The wrapping wire is wrapped tightly on the conductive core with glass filament, insulating paper or synthetic resin film to form an insulating layer; there are also some wrapping the insulating layer on the enameled wire. Except for the thin-film insulating layer, all other insulating layers need to be treated with adhesive insulating varnish to improve their insulating properties, mechanical properties and moisture resistance, so they are actually combined insulation. Wrapped wire is generally used for large and medium-sized electrical products. According to the insulation structure of the wrapped wire, it can be divided into four types: paper covered wire, film wrapped wire, glass filament covered wire and glass filament covered enameled wire.
