Magnet wire
Magnet wire is an insulated wire used to make coils or windings in electrical products. Also called winding wire. Magnet wires must meet the requirements of a variety of uses and manufacturing processes. The former includes its shape, size, ability to work at high temperatures for short and long periods of time, as well as withstanding strong vibration and centrifugal force at high speeds in some occasions, resistance to corona and breakdown under high voltage, and resistance to chemicals in special atmospheres Corrosion, etc.; the latter includes the requirements of stretching, bending and abrasion during winding and embedding, as well as swelling and erosion during dipping and drying.
Magnet wires can be classified according to their basic composition, conductive core and electrical insulation layer. Generally, it is divided into enameled wire, wound wire, enameled wire and inorganic insulated wire according to the insulating material and manufacturing method used in the electrical insulating layer.
Use
The use of magnet wire can be divided into two types:
1.General purpose, mainly used in motors, electrical appliances, instruments, transformers, etc., to generate electromagnetic effects through winding coils, and use the principle of electromagnetic induction to achieve the purpose of converting electrical energy to magnetic energy;
2. Special purpose, used in electronic components, new energy vehicles and other fields with special requirements, such as micro electronic wires are mainly used for information transmission in the electronics and information industries, and special wires for new energy vehicles are mainly used for the production of new energy vehicles manufacture.
