Low-voltage transformers
Low-voltage transformers below 600V become low voltage transformer. A low-voltage transformer is a device that is composed of a primary coil, a secondary coil, and an iron core (magnetic core), and changes the voltage through electromagnetic induction. In electrical equipment and wireless circuits, it is often used for voltage rise and fall, impedance matching, and safety isolation. The main functions of the transformer are: voltage transformation; current transformation, impedance transformation; isolation; voltage stabilization (magnetic saturation transformer) and so on.
Use environment
1. Ambient air temperature -5℃ to +40℃, the average value of 24 hours does not exceed +35℃;
2. The altitude of the installation site does not exceed 2000m;
3. The relative humidity of the atmosphere does not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40¡æ, and can have a higher relative temperature at a lower temperature. The average maximum humidity of the wettest month is 90% At the same time, the monthly average minimum temperature of the month is +25¡æ, taking into account the condensation on the surface of the product due to temperature changes.
4. There is no place where there is severe shaking and shock vibration.
5. In a medium environment without explosion hazard.
6. Places free from wind and snow.
Design requirements
The low-voltage transformer should be vacuum casting, molded resin encapsulation, 60Hz, Class F insulation, comply with the requirements of IEC726, and meet the requirements of capacity, voltage, phase number and connection shown. Each low-voltage transformer has its own primary and secondary windings, and there are two full-capacity taps with 2.5% normal voltage above and below the rated voltage of the primary side. The low-voltage transformer should be installed on a base that can isolate and reduce vibration and noise. The core and coil should be properly fixed to withstand the mechanical stress generated in the case of line faults, and can withstand 16460 Compact 16460-6 V2. 0 2002/ 11/ 25 Vibration and impact during shipment. Unless otherwise specified, the impedance of low-voltage transformers shall comply with IEC 726. The average noise level of low-voltage transformers should not exceed the value specified in IEC 726. Each dry-type low-voltage transformer should have appropriate terminals to accommodate the required primary and secondary wiring connections. The low-voltage transformer can be reserved for cable entry on either side or at the bottom.
