High Resistance Metal Self-lubricant Enamelled Wire
Self-lubricant enamelled wire is a kind of enameled wire with self-lubricating properties on its surface. It includes a wire and a composite insulating layer covering it. The composite insulating layer is composed of a polyester imine primer layer and a self-lubricating insulating layer. The insulating layer is covered on the primer layer.
Composition and characteristics of Self-lubricant enamelled wire:
The self-lubricating insulating layer of the Self-lubricant enamelled wire is formed by coating a polyamide-imide paint containing a lubricating substance. The chemical composition of the lubricating substance and the concentration percentage of each component are: N-methylpyrrolidone 43% , Xylene 11%, dimethylformamide 22%, resin 24%.
The paint layer of the Self-lubricant enamelled wire has strong adhesion, wear resistance, scratch resistance and heat resistance.
Application of Self-lubricant enamelled wire
Self-lubricant enamelled wire is very suitable for the use and production of high-speed automatic winding equipment in the motor manufacturing industry.
