China is already a big producer of enameled wire paint, but domestic enterprises are relatively scattered, with limited or no R&D capabilities. It is no problem to meet the production of conventional enameled wire, but in the field of special insulating paint, it is mainly dominated by foreign companies such as Elentas, Avit, and Axalta. With the European, American and Japanese enameled wire enamel manufacturers setting up factories in China and introducing various technologies into China, there is almost no difference between domestic and foreign in terms of technology and quality of high-end products, and they can compete on the same stage. However, domestic enameled wire enamel is not exported much, mainly or internal digestion. The main reason is that the first is the special trade restrictions on chemicals. For example, exporting to Europe will increase the trade cost due to the REACH issue, which is prohibitive; South Korea will also take similar measures, and K-REACH will also increase the difficulty of exporting to South Korea. . At the same time, the technical level does not equal the quality level of the actual market. Although the production share of enameled wire in Europe, America and Japan has decreased, a few manufacturers maintain high-end quality and have strict requirements on enameled wire paint. Unlike developed economies, China, which is still in the development stage, has many enameled wire manufacturers with different positioning. There are both high-end users who focus on quality and brand creation, and low-end workshops with the highest cost. The uneven market structure makes the enameled wire and varnish serious differentiation, there are both world-class products and shoddy cheap goods. For example, the quality of the raw materials used in different grades of enameled wire enamel may be very different. Crude phenol and bottle flakes with high impurity content are still used in the manufacture of polyester products, and products with heavy odor and poor insulation performance are still used. There is a place.
