The advantages of enameled aluminum wire over copper wire are as follows:
1. As an excellent conductor, aluminum is more flexible than copper, and under the same weight, aluminum wire conducts twice as much electrical energy as copper wire.
2. The basic principle of enameled aluminum wire is similar to that of copper wire. The difference is that the aluminum rod is easy to oxidize and has a lower melting point, which results in a lower curing temperature or lower VD value.
3. Compared with the oxide layer of copper, the oxide layer of enameled aluminum wire has the advantages of high strength and good adhesion to the board. When painting the wire, do not paint on the first line to oxidize the surface of the aluminum wire. The effect of this oxide layer is equal to polishing the surface of the smooth aluminum rod to improve the adhesion with the paint layer.
